Alfredo's love for cooking arose early in his life. After a childhood spent helping his mother in the kitchen, there was no turning back.. Alfredo began his career back in 1997 at VoTech High School in Las Vegas, NV. After graduation, he attended the College of Southern Nevada. While in college, he was a member of the culinary club, and his love for the culinary industry deepened. Alfredo has gained experience through the years at many restaurants and casinos; he is constantly striving to improve his skills and further his career through pastry and culinary seminars. He has competed in pastry, chocolate and sugar showpiece competitions. The past 20 years of his life have prepared him for this enormous step: Alfredo's Patisserie. Although opening up this pastry shop was challenging, it has always been one of his goals. His background in European style pastries has given him the knowledge to create something for everyone. With desserts from Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Mexico, and the United States, Alfredo's Patisserie's diverse selection keeps every one happy. He is passionate about what he does, and while it hasn't been an easy career path, it has been a dream come true for him.
